The NiLo Mattress is handcrafted in North Charleston, South Carolina, by Weil's Mattress Co., Inc. and sold exclusively at Charleston Mattress®. It's available only to residents of Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties.

Because every NiLo is built after you place your order, we avoid many of the costs associated with mass production, warehousing, and long-distance shipping—expenses often built into the price of other mattresses. The result is exceptional value without compromising quality.

Even better, the factory is just a couple of miles from our showroom. Instead of spending months compressed in a warehouse or traveling across the country, your mattress is built fresh for you and delivered ready to sleep on—no decompression time required.
